When You Pray.

DAY 1 OF 3

When You Pray.

“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” Matthew‬ ‭6:7-8‬ ‭KJV

Prayer is direct communication with God. Prayer is not passive. Prayer is a weapon that can, and will, break yokes, remove bondages and destroy cycles. Your prayer life is a direct reflection of the condition of your heart. Check your heart. Let God’s Word examine your heart.

Let God’s Word cultivate the soil of your heart. Let God’s Word penetrate every hardened place. Let His Word break up your fallow and uncultivated ground. The ground of your Heart belongs to Him.

God wants to hear from you. He wants to cultivate your heart’s soil. Let God peel back the layers of the past. Expose every dry place to Him. Let His Word water every dry place of your heart. Let His Word sift through every vulnerable place. Let God’s Word break down the wall of pride. Let His Word transform your heart. Let His Word break every yoke and release you from every bondage.

God’s Word has power. When you pray, humble yourself before Him. Lay at His feet and surrender to Him. Surrender your doubts to Him. Surrender your cares to Him. God cares for you. Lay at His feet and open up your heart to Him.

God loves you and He cares about you. He cares about your success. He cares about your failures. He wants to lift you up out of your pit.

Prayer is God’s strategy to lead you out of the wilderness. Communicate with Him. Commune with Him. Lay at His feet. His arms are wide open. God is waiting.
