The Lord Is Faithful.

DAY 1 OF 3

The Lord Is Faithful.

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Faithful” is, ‘Pistos’ (G4103) which means, “Trustworthy, worthy of trust or one who can be relied on.” Who has your total and complete heart? 2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares that the Lord is Faithful. God can be relied upon in every season. He is trustworthy. Your faith, confidence and trust can be placed completely in God. He will not let you down.

In whom do you place your trust? Though man’s allegiance may sway, though his alliance, opinion and thought of you may shift — God’s Word will never change. God will never leave you nor forsake you. God is faithful and He will guide your footsteps. Choose to trust God. Put your trust in God. Place your hope in His Hands.

Maybe you’ve placed your hope and trust in things. Maybe you’ve placed your faith in your wealth. Maybe you’ve placed your faith in your network, status and influence. Choose to have faith in God who is Lord over all.

While there‘s nothing wrong with having access to “things”, we must not worship and magnify these “things” over God. When you magnify these things over God, these “things” have become “idols” and idols block you from serving the True and Living God.

Who do you serve? Who will you choose to worship? Do you worship your wealth or God? How about your influence? What about your position? God gives us access to good things, but don’t let these good things become your god.
