The Magnificence Of Christ In The PsalmsSample
The Rock Of Our Salvation
Dear Father, I certainly do sing for joy to the Lord Jesus, and shout aloud to Him as the Rock of Our Salvation. Once again, I am wonderfully reassured through Scripture that Jesus is my strong, mighty and complete shelter. I rejoice that just as the pure water poured out from the rock in the wilderness to refresh and sustain the ancient Jews, my salvation and all of my life pours out from the Rock of Our Salvation.
Please convince me and the whole Church to come wholeheartedly to Jesus, the great King and great God above all gods. Hallelujah! Everything is His! Please incite us to “come to him alone, bow down to him in worship, and kneel before him, for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care.” I pray that an awe of the Rock of our Salvation will fill the Church, and that He will become the highest focus of all our thoughts, actions, words, delights, hopes, prayers and passions. May Your Spirit help us to pray for vast numbers of lost people across the nations, especially their leaders, to cry out to the Rock of our Salvation for salvation, so they will give all their allegiance and praise to Him, and govern under His lordship. I ask all these things in Jesus’ mighty and merciful name.

About this Plan
Each daily devotional has a different name or attribute of God from the Psalms that is ultimately fulfilled in Christ. You will read the Psalm with Christ's name in it, then worship Him and pray for His Lordship of your life based upon His name of the day. Hopefully, this will help you know Christ more and love Him more. All Scripture used is from the NIV Bible.
