We must always remember in life that God is with us. Despite what we see on the surface. No matter how dark the night may seem, God is always with us. The most amazing comparison which is referenced multiple times in the Bible is the relationship between a sheep and its shepherd. How he can lead a large amount of sheep but still go off to track and save a single one. This is such a great illustration of the love and care of God.

We must also know and believe that God delivers us from evil. A very simple exercise that I do when trouble comes is I think back over my life and try to remember all of the other hardships that I have been through. I look to all the times that God restored me. All the times he delivered me from the clutches of the enemy and all of the times he led me around the snares laid by the enemy. There was a time I left my house five minutes late, after stopping to search for my keys, only to see a wreck on the route I was heading.

God always has a plan. No matter what we have gone through or what we are going through God sees the hardship. He saw it while we were still babies in our mothers' wombs. And he has plans to deliver and prosper us.
