The Power of Same

DAY 15 OF 28

THE POWER OF SAME MISSION

One Thing

When we're facing trials in our lives, it's easy to laser-focus our eyes on a purpose and pray about it. But how can we pray with that same intensity through life's mundane, everyday responsibilities?

Apostle Paul, responsible for writing two-thirds of the New Testament, was known as many things: a Hebrew, a teacher, a former persecutor of Christians, and a man of great authority. However, the one thing he would stake his identity and self-worth on was spreading the Gospel of Jesus.

When we're less concerned with what we do and more concerned with Who is leading us, God grants us the power to be consistent in the mission He's placed before us.

And when we put the past behind us, securely grasp who we are, and commit to the One who calls us forward, we realize the power of passionately pursuing God's purpose in our lives every day.

Pray:

God, Thank You for placing me where I am today. I know that I am not here by accident, but to fulfill a unique purpose that You have reserved for me since the beginning of time. Ignite a fire in my heart for who You are and use it to guide me in everything I do today, especially in the smallest details. In Jesus' name, Amen.

About this Plan

The Power of Same

The world celebrates change. God celebrates consistency. Learning how to stay committed to the same Spirit, Actions, Mission, and Environment unlocks the Power of Same in our lives, and helps us establish the good habit of fulfilling Jesus’ greatest command: loving Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Every day. Again and again.
