No Prayer, No Power Sample

Prayer > Anything

God, I come to you asking you to fill me with a desire to pray every day. I know that prayer is the catalyst for a closer relationship with you. It is prayer and my faith in you that will change the direction of my life for the better. I understand that the enemy does not want me to pray because it is my greatest defense against him.

Give me the strength to pray before I do anything. Help me to seek you first in all things so that my life will glorify you. Forgive me for seeking the opinions and advice of others before asking yours.

I decree and declare that prayer will be second nature to me. I decree and declare that I will never stop praying and being thankful. Help me to be confident in knowing that you hear and answer my prayers. God, I trust that the answers to my prayers are done in the way that you see fit even if I do not agree. Help me to pray boldly. Take the fear and shyness away from me.

When the devil tries to shut my mouth, give me the words to speak. Help me to remember the prayers you have answered so that doubt will have no place in my prayer life. Help me to pray about all things.
