Understanding God’s Kingdom Wealth Flow

DAY 10 OF 30

UNDERSTANDING THE PURPOSE OF KINGDOM WEALTH (1)

When you lack the understanding of the essence of the possessions and resources God has put in your custody, you will abuse them and may even end up losing the trust of God. You need to learn how to appropriate the resources that God passes through your hand for His mandate on earth. Otherwise, He will look in another direction to establish His purpose. The believers in Acts 4 recognised how to appropriate their possessions according to His purpose.

There are three major reasons why God sends finances to his people. Whatever funds enter into your hands, you must begin to look from these three reasons and operate financially with them in view. The three reasons, in the order of importance and priority to God, are as follows;

1.To finance your divine assignment on earth.

2.To fund your earthly obligations.

3.To sponsor your human enjoyment.

It is very important to understand that placing numbers 3 or 2 in the first position will move you out of God’s purpose for giving or channelling wealth.

Your lack of understanding of the purpose of wealth can get you in trouble with God, man, and Satan. To break it down, when a friend or someone sends money to you, if your first thought is to change your phone because it is not good enough, you may be missing it. The first thing to do as a kingdom wealth agent is to go to the Lord and ask, ‘What is the purpose of this blessing?’ When you begin to allocate the blessings of God and the wealth He sends your way in the light of these reasons, in the order of priority, you are on track to last in the zone of wealth.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, I repent of every mismanagement and misuse of wealth that you have passed through my amends. I commit to correctly appropriate all funds and resources that flow through me for your purpose in Jesus name.
