Run to Him!Sýnishorn
Tackle the challenge
I had already gone through a turbulent time and wanted to relax with friends by the sea. But on the very first day, I got sick again, and instead of being in the sun, I was now lying in bed...
"Why?" I asked God. And in the next moment, my eyes fell on John 11:4: "This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God’s glory so that God’s Son may be glorified through it." (John 11:4 NIV)
Thankfully I wasn't fatally ill, but I understood so clearly that behind this annoying little storm in my life, there was a joyful message from God!
Whatever we are currently experiencing, God wants us to keep going!
Or do we not quite believe what we read in Romans 8:28? "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 NIV)
Yes, keep going, even though what YOU are going through right now is such a challenge.
When we continue where others abandon the path of trust in God, He will show us how much blessing they are missing...
That may sound tough and unfair, but it's not. God gives everyone the free choice. So, I encourage you today to embark on your adventure and keep going despite all obstacles!
“Keep going" doesn't meant you cheerfully jump out of bed despite illness, but even though things don't look good right now, you still believe everything will be fine! (see again Romans 8:28 NIV) Through that, God's power and His glory become visible! Through your decision, your perseverance…through you!
You are a miracle!

About this Plan
Where do you go in times of doubt or trouble? Or in times of uncertainty. The Bible tells us that the name of God is our strong tower, and we are to call out and run to Him (Proverbs 18:10). Spend 7 days, doing just that!
