Called to WriteSýnishorn
Believe in who the Father says you are.
Scripture:
Jesus responded, “Just because I am the one making these claims doesn’t mean they’re invalid. For I absolutely know who I am, where I’ve come from, and where I’m going. But you Pharisees have no idea about what I’m saying. John 8:14 TPT
Reflection:
When Jesus announced that He was the light of the world, the religious leaders did not like it. Jesus knew how to respond. He made it very clear that He was confident in who the Father said He was. He believed it and He moved in that truth.
Not everyone will understand or believe in your call to write. However, the Father wants us to be confident in who He says we are and what He has called us to do. When we move in that truth, we will steward our stories with authority.
Activation:
Do you know who the Father says you are? Ask Him, and write down what He reveals to you. It may come in words, in a picture, or a song. He may speak to you in many ways over some time. Ensure you capture all those truths and place them where you can frequently see them.
Make this your declaration:
I believe I am who the Father says I am. He has chosen me to be a light and to steward my story.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank you for showing me who you created me to be. I am a unique expression of your heart. I open my heart to receive more revelation on my identity and purpose. Please reveal more to me as I write and share my story.
In Jesus's name, amen.
