Welcome to the second day of this challenge! Today, we're taking your affirmations to the next level by adding an important filter to your words throughout the day.

Our objective is to challenge you to refrain from reacting negatively towards yourself when things don't go as planned or when you make a mistake. It's time to rid ourselves of negative self-talk and the harmful habit of putting ourselves down—no more name-calling or speaking negatively about ourselves. We're turning off that autopilot.

Imagine yourself on an airplane during an emergency. Remember, you're always instructed to put your oxygen mask on before assisting others. Well, this challenge is your opportunity to do the same. It's about showing yourself grace and making yourself a priority.

Today, you are called to be gentle with yourself.

Now, listen closely. Don't beat yourself up if you find yourself slipping up and saying something negative about yourself. We're all human, and it's part of the journey. Beating yourself up mentally only perpetuates the cycle of negativity. Instead, choose grace. Extend love and forgiveness to yourself, and keep moving forward on this transformative journey.

Remember, from Day 1, we affirmed that God created you with purpose and love. He has always sought to affirm and uplift you. However, we often allow the opinions of others to shape our perception of ourselves. It's time to break free from that trap and embrace God's truth.

Regardless of external influences or even the true assessments of your actions, take responsibility for your choices and move forward with kindness towards yourself. If adjustments need to be made, make them and keep pressing on. You have the power of the Holy Spirit within you to help you rewrite your story.

So, let's continue this incredible journey of God's empowerment and grace. Keep affirming yourself with what God says about you, filter your words, and embrace kindness each step of the way. You're on the path to greatness, and together with the Holy Spirit, we will overcome any obstacles that come our way.
