Dream Big!

DAY 3 OF 7

God finds you where you are!

"To dream big, I'd have to be at a completely different place in my life!"

Perhaps these are the thoughts that keep you from dreaming big. These thoughts are very dangerous because they could abruptly destroy everything you do!

Yes, thoughts have great power. They are words that you say inside your mind about yourself.

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." (Proverbs 18:21, NKJV)

So, let's use the wisdom God has given us, and stop dreaming too small because our thoughts really do have great power!

You may be thinking, "But, but, Déborah, I have a job, and my plate is full. I can't be doing any more to pursue this big dream." The great news is that you don't have to because God finds you right where you are!

The Bible says that when Jesus was born, "...wise men [astrologers] from the east came to Jerusalem, asking, 'Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the east at its rising and have come to worship Him.'" (Matthew 2:1-2, AMPC)

Astrologers were quite familiar with studying stars. That was their job! Suddenly—at work—they discovered a new star in the sky. Others who didn't study astrology probably wouldn't have made this discovery—we probably wouldn't have! But the wise men did because it was their daily work and passion. This is how God wanted to find them!

In the same way, He will find you while you are pursuing your business, your passion! Right as you're being intentional and diligent there, trusting Him! Then, when you realize that something awesome is about to happen, you too will take action, just like the astrologers did, and find the miracle…YOUR miracle!

If we live out our "little" with passion, we'll experience the "big" right in that place!

You're a miracle!
