Walk Through The Bible 365 - August

DAY 10 OF 31

Faith To Raise The Dead

From tenuous evidence, Abraham might have been confused by God’s way, because God had promised him a son and from his son will come descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky. Now, God tested him to offer Issac as a sacrifice. Abraham’s faith was tested. He struggled but he obeyed God and overcame his struggle. His faith had reached a new level to raise the dead because he believed the God who gives life to the dead. This is the reason why God calls Abraham father of faith.

Prayer: Father Lord, help us increase our faith in You so that we can do what Your Son Jesus Christ asked, "heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons... in Your precious Son, our Lord Jesus' Name, Amen.
