All Good Begins in Him: Healing Your Hard Heart

DAY 2 OF 4

I Have All I Need in You, Lord

Father, you tell me that trouble does not begin with me—that I am not broken in a way that cannot be fixed. Sometimes, I can struggle to believe this is true because my problems—my trouble—can feel overwhelming. You know what I am going through now. You know how I can take these problems I am facing, and believe they exist, because of some deficiency in me. Oh, Lord, take this belief from me.

Lord, you are the one who has me, who holds me, who loves me, who lifts me up when I am down. When I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, You are with me. You watch over me. You protect me. You provide for all of my needs—and you give to me in abundance. With you, I have no need to worry. You love to be with me, and you are with me now. You never leave my side. Bear my troubles now, Father. Carry them, will you, as you carry me? I need you now.

Thank you: You are Healer.

Thank You: You are Restorer.

Thank You: You are Provider.

I choose you. I choose your healing. I choose your new life. I choose your love. I desire you more than anything. Gather me up now, Lord. I have all I need in you. Amen.

Friend, what part of this prayer is your heart needing now?

About this Plan

All Good Begins in Him: Healing Your Hard Heart

The world tells us we can do/be/fix anything, if only we try hard enough. It's easy to forget that God is the only one with this power. When we are hurting, we assume we just need to try harder and we'll feel better. This plan invites you to change your perspective, invite God into your darkest places, and allow him to do a new thing in you, today.
