God Provides: “Making Major Life Choices" - Abram's RewardSýnishorn
Consider this Scripture passage: “Be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15-16 NASB). Like Lot, could you be making unwise choices that hinder your opportunities to serve the Lord? What might they be?
REFLECT: What characteristics did Lot exhibit in decision-making? What consequences resulted? When we walk with God and seek His direction, how do our choices—and our underlying motivations—change?
PRAY: Lord Jesus, I’m sorry for every time I made a difficult decision without consulting You or Your believers. Help me to remember to seek wise counsel for decisions that impact my future and the future of those around me. Help me to be like Abram and love others instead of things, and to give instead of take. Amen.
