For Such a Time as ThisSýnishorn
Let Wisdom Flourish.
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” James 1:5 KJV
God gives wisdom liberally. He freely gives wisdom to all those who ask. Choose to ask God for wisdom on how to develop and deploy the gifts that are inside of you. Ask God for wisdom on what to say, when to say it, and how to say it. Ask God for wisdom to discern when it’s time to open your mouth and when it’s time to keep your mouth closed. Ask God for wisdom and discretion.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV declares, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” Every thing has a season. Ecclesiastes 3:7 KJV declares that there is, “A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;” There’s a time to rend and there’s a time to sew. There’s a time to separate from ungodly relationships and there’s a time to sew and reconcile Godly relationships. Let God grace you with wisdom on how to steward and prune relationships. Let God lavish you with wisdom on how to navigate between Godly and ungodly relationships.
The latter part of Ecclesiastes 3:7 KJV declares, that there is “a time to keep silence, and a time to speak.” Ask God to give you wisdom and discretion as to when to keep silent and when to speak up. Don’t allow fear to cloud your judgment. Don’t allow fear to keep you paralyzed. Don’t allow fear to keep you silent. When God commands you to speak — choose to obey God and speak — follow His Instruction. His timing is Perfect.
Joshua 1:9 KJV declares, “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Let God give you the courage to execute. Let God give you the courage to speak up — even when it’s unpopular.
Jeremiah 1:8 KJV declares, “Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.” Don’t be afraid of the opinion of man — let God lead your words. Let God lead your actions. Let God give you courage — for He is with you wherever you go. Jeremiah 1:17 AMPC declares, “But you [Jeremiah], gird up your loins! Arise and tell them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed and break down at the sight of their faces, lest I confound you before them and permit you to be overcome.”
