Live A Life Of WorshipSýnishorn
Heart, Soul, and Mind
This Bible Plan started with reading Matthew chapter 22. You’ve learned that worshiping God with your whole life means loving God with all your heart, soul, and mind.
What does a life of worship look like?
A life of worship is an all-out rush to see what God is doing. It’s participating in God’s story. God takes care of all the details of your life. A life of worship is your chance, daily, to thank Him for that!
A life of worship is honor, love, devotion. It’s elevating God in your life by telling Him He’s worthy of praise and priority! A life of constantly putting aside anything that tries to take the place of “number one” or “most loved” in your heart.
A life of worship is life at its fullest.
This Bible Plan will end the way it began with a look at the Bible verses that sum up what a life of worship is all about: Matthew 22:37-28. Watch that verse video again today, and think about all the reasons you have to worship God.
Ask yourself: What can I do to help myself keep God as my number one? What’s the best thing God’s doing in my life right now? How can I remember to worship Him for all the good He’s always doing—even when I can’t see it?
Challenge yourself: Memorize Matthew 22:37-38 today. It’s the only Bible verse you have to read for today. Spend some time looking at it, writing it out, or listening to it on today’s video. Remember, the song uses the NIV translation of the Bible, so it might be helpful for you to read it and memorize it in that version, too.
Pray: God, thank You for everything, always. You are good. I worship You! Help me to remember that there is always, always something to worship You for. In Jesus’ name, amen.
