How To Experience HealingSýnishorn
Is It God’s Will to Heal Me?
When God first created the world, He pronounced it good. Sin, sorrow, sickness, pain and death were nonexistent. Mankind and God enjoyed perfect fellowship, and the Garden of Eden was a place of joy, purpose, abundance, and peace. When Adam and Eve sinned, everything changed for us. God said, “Cursed is the ground for your sake” (Genesis 3:17). Roses began to grow thorns, fellowship with God was broken, and man, who was born to live forever, began to die. It was tragic, but God had a solution.
He sent His son, Jesus, to live on the earth in human form. God’s own son gave Himself to be the sacrifice for the sins of all mankind, and through His sacrifice, anyone who repents of sin and believes in Him can be restored back to God. But there’s more than just being able to be in fellowship with our heavenly Father. When Jesus defeated Satan on the cross, He bought back everything God intended for us from the beginning.
In spite of your failures, you can now come into God’s presence, knowing your sins are covered by the blood of Jesus, and confidently ask for whatever you need. There’s healing in the Word of God. You’ll still have to deal with things like disease, lack, and fear. The difference is, the unbeliever faces the storm without Christ, but as a believer you go through the storm confident that all will be well because Jesus is on board.
