Debt Free: God's Promise, Our Duty & Your Freedom

DAY 1 OF 7

“You never know how much you really believe anything until its truth or falsehood becomes a matter of life and death to you.” ― C.S. Lewis

There’s a question I want you to answer honestly. Just to yourself, in your own mind, I want you to sit and see what you truly believe about this.

What does God think about your debt?

What answer did you come up with? Maybe that God thinks it’s bad or irresponsible. Maybe you think God is disappointed in you because of the debt or withholding His blessings until you take care of it.

When I look to Scripture, I see one idea regarding debt more than anything else. One burning desire from the center of God’s heart outshining any guilt or shame we may feel towards our debt – regardless of how it might have accrued.

God wants your debt gone even more than you do.

Over the next 7 days, I want to prove this idea to you by showing you exactly what God has to say about your debt in His Holy Book. God understands the economics of this world are imperfect. He knows that debt will be a challenge for most of His people. And because of this, He has put structures and promises in place to help us eliminate our debt and finally walk in the full, free life He destined us for.

I pray you will take these lessons and Bible verses to heart. There is freedom available to those willing to go after it. The decision is yours.
