Day 6 – Moving Forward
If you are still unsure then simply walk through these steps and see what you have learned.
Have you spent time in Bible study and quiet contemplation of His Word?
Have you prayed for wisdom and experienced peace while doing so?
Do you feel the Holy Spirit leading you in a specific and clear direction?
Have other strong believers confirmed what you think you are hearing?
The more time we spend intimately with God and His Word, the easier it is to recognize His voice and His leading in our lives. We should be so familiar with God’s Word that when someone speaks error to us, it is clear that it is not of God.
If you are still feeling confused and unsure then those feelings are not likely from God and you should strongly consider whether you should move forward listening to those thoughts.
