Genesis 5:18-24

When Jared was one hundred and sixty-two, he fathered Enoch. Jared lived an additional eight hundred years after Enoch was born and had many other sons and daughters. The life span of Jared was nine hundred and sixty-two years, and then he died. When Enoch was sixty-five, he fathered Methuselah. Enoch walked with God for three hundred years after Methuselah was born and had many other sons and daughters. Enoch and God walked together as intimate friends; then God took him to himself, and he was seen no more. The life span of Enoch was three hundred and sixty-five years.
