God never tires of you…

Today, we’re continuing our series on self-esteem and growing in our ability to love and see ourselves as God does.

The first few months of a newborn baby’s life are marked by constant attention. Parents’ nights are short and their days full, punctuated by bottles, diapers, and constant care for their child.

Now here’s a question...Even if the mother is beyond exhausted, does she say to her child, “Honestly now, why won’t you stop carrying on? Be a bit more independent! Figure it out yourself!”?

Of course not! Instead, she perseveres, reassuring and taking care of her baby. Despite her fatigue, she gets up several times every night to respond to the cries of her little one.

In the same way, your Father God hears and answers your supplications.

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry.” Psalm 34:15

There are more than 7 billion people on this earth...and yet, God hears your cries and answers you individually. His love is deeper than you could ever imagine. His tenderness toward you is incomparable, independent of circumstances, and not subject to change.

God never tires of taking care of you, speaking to you, walking with you, and comforting you. His loving gaze is upon you all throughout your life. He rejoices with you when you rejoice, and He feels pain for you when you’re sad. He is constantly proving His tenderness, goodness, and compassion to you.

God will never have “enough” of you. You don’t bore Him, and He doesn’t tire of you. You are His beloved daughter, His beloved son!

You are a miracle!
