Day 7: What Happens When God Shows Up?:
Congratulations! You’ve made it to the final day of the Unorthodox Bible plan. Over the course of this week, I hope your thinking about God and how He operates has expanded and that you’ve been filled with encouragement, hope, and inspiration.

On our 7th and final day, we will look at what happens when God shows up!

Joel 2:28 paints a vivid picture of what occurs when God's presence manifests among His people. It speaks of a profound outpouring of the Holy Spirit, resulting in the fulfillment of dreams and the revelation of visions. When God shows up, His Spirit moves in a transformative way, impacting individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

The promise that "your old men shall dream dreams" speaks to the restoration of hope and vision among those who may have felt their dreams were long lost or unattainable. In God's presence, there is a renewal of faith and expectancy, igniting a fresh sense of purpose and direction.

Similarly, "your young men shall see visions" emphasizes the empowerment of the next generation with divine insight and direction. In a world filled with uncertainty and doubt, God's Spirit equips the youth with clarity and guidance, enabling them to pursue God's calling with confidence and boldness.

As believers, we are called to create an environment conducive to the manifestation of God's presence. Through prayer, worship, and cultivating a culture of expectancy, we can invite God to move in our midst and release His dreams and visions to His people.

In conclusion, Joel 2:28 reminds us of the profound impact of God's presence and the importance of cultivating an environment where His Spirit can freely move. As we align ourselves with God's purposes and eagerly anticipate His outpouring, we position ourselves to receive His dreams and visions, enabling us to play a part in His redemptive work in the World.
