Power of Godly Mentors
Like Paul and Timothy, Moses and Joshua, it is to your advantage to have a mentorship relationship with a God-fearing advisor. This is true at all stages of the business from seed to exit. It is advantageous to have someone in your corner advising you and holding you accountable so you can properly manage the blessing God has given you. The widow had Elisha walk her through seed and startup. Afterwards, I would imagine someone else helped through growth and exit.
With a mentorship relationship you’ll experience success by listening and performing to the counsel of your mentor. Joshua (and Timothy) were very fortunate to experience the mentorship of these great men. Joshua attended important meetings and received information first, directly from Moses, which developed Joshua’s leadership abilities. Honor your mentor by doing what they suggest, because they’ve been where you want to go!
