Walk Through The Bible 365 - October

JOU 22 SOU 31

Stay Fresh And Green

In the secular world, the retirement age in general is around 60-65 with small differences between industries and countries. After retirement, some may start a new career, travel around the world, take on new hobbies or perhaps start a new sport. Some may make new friends, become volunteers, or spend more time with their grandchildren.

There are many things to keep you busy. All these are good, but none of them have God's purpose. In ministry there is no retirement, for God will use you to bless others and help you bear more good fruits. God will give you a long life purpose and keep you fresh and green. Don't retire. Ask the Lord to give you a ministry.

Prayer: Jesus, Lord, thank you for keeping us fresh and green, thank you for giving us strength so that we can run a long journey, and thank you for helping us to bear fruit till we see you again. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
