chapter five and twenty
1then will this kingdom of heaven be compared to ten young bridesmaids, who have taken their lamps, and are gone to meet the bridegroom. 2and five of them are was foolish ones, and five wise ones. 3because the foolish ones have taken the lamps, and not taken along with themselves any oil. 4the wise ones however have taken oil in their vessels, together with their lamps. 5and while the bridegroom has self delayed, have all dozed and are fall asleep. 6around midnight (miten-nach) however is become a shout: look, the bridegroom comes! go him meet! 7then have themselves those all young bridesmaids seized up (awake), and have brought in order their lamps. 8and the foolish ones have said to the wise ones: give us of your oil; because our lamps extinquishing themselves out. 9and the wise ones have answered, and said: for any case not! lest/in case will not enough for us and for you (PL)! go rather to the sellers, and buy (for) yourselves. 10and while they are went away to buy, is the bridegroom come; and those, who are was ready, are entered with him on the wedding, and the door is shut become. 11and later come also the remaining young bridesmaids, and say: L-rd, L-rd, open us up! 12he however has answering said: in truth tell I you (PL), I know you (PL) not! 13watch then; because you (PL) know not the day, and also not the hour.
14because just like a man before departing, did call together his servants, and them handed over his possessions; 15and (to) one did he give five talents, the other two (talents), and the third one (talent); everyone according to his own strength; and is soon went away. 16and the one, who did received the five talents, went and did trade with them, and made another five (talents). 17likewise the one, who did received the two talents, did make another two. 18the one however, who did received the one (talent), went and did dig in the earth, and hid his the L-rd's money. 19and after a long time comes the master of those servants, and makes a accounting with them. 20and it is come the one, who had received the five talents, and had brought other five talents, and said: L-rd, you (SG) you have me handed over five talents; look, I have made another five talents. 21had his master said to him: blessed! you (SG) good and faithful servant! you be were faithful over a few things, I will you sit in charge over a many; go in to your lord's joy! 22is come also the one, who has received the two talents and has said: Master, you (SG) have me handed over two talents; look, I have made another two talents. 23has his master to him said: blessed! you (SG) good and faithful servant! you be were faithful over a few things, I will you put in charge over a many; go in to your the L-rd's joy! 24and it is come also the one, who has received the one talent. and has said: L-rd, I know you, that you (SG) are a hard man; you (SG) reap, where you (SG) you have not sown. and gather, where you (SG) you have not scattered; 25and because I have fear had, am I go and have hidden your talent in the earth. here you have what is yours! 26and his master did answering to him said: you (SG) wicked and lazy servant! you have known, that I reap, where I have not sown and gather, where I have not scattered; 27should you therefore ought placed my money with the bankers, and at my coming would I taken up what is mine with interest. 28take therefore of him (take) away the talent, and give it the one, who has the ten talents! 29because every one, who has, will given to be, and he will have a abundance; from the one however, who has not, will from him taken away to be even the, what even what he does have. 30and the worthless servant throw out in the outer darkness. there will be the weeping and gnashing with the teeth.
31when however the Son of Man will come in his glory, and all angels with him, will he then sit on his throne of glory; 32and before him will gathered to be all peoples, and he will them separate one from the other, just as a shepherd separates up the sheep from the goats. 33and will stand the sheep on his right side, the goats however on the left side. 34then will the king say to the on his right side: come here, you (PL) blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom, which is prepared become for your sake since the world is created become! 35because I was hungry, and you (PL) have Me given to eat; I was thirsty, and you (PL) have Me given to drink; I was a stranger, and you (PL) have Me taken in; 36a naked, and you (PL) have Me clothed; I am was sick, and you (PL) have self took care on Me; I have sat in prison, and you (PL) are come to Me. 37then will the righteous him answer, so to say: L-rd, when have we you seen hungry, and have you fed, or thirsty and have you (SG) given to drink? 38when have we you seen an stranger and you taken in, or naked and have you clothed? 39when have we you seen a sick or in prison and are come to you (SG)? 40and the king will answering say to them: in truth tell I you (PL), on how much you (PL) have it done to one of the these my brothers, the smallest, have you (PL) it done to Me! 41then will he also say to the (one) on the left side: go went away from Me, you (PL) accursed, in the eternal fire into, which is prepared become before devil and his angels! 42because I was hungry, and you (PL) have Me not given to eat; I was thirsty, and you (PL) have Me not given to drink: 43an stranger am I was, and you (PL) have Me not taken in; naked, and you (PL) have Me not clothed; sick and in prison, and you (PL) have self not took care on Me, 44then will also they to answer, so to say: L-rd, when have we you seen hungry or thirsty or an stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and have you not served? 45then will he them to answer, so to say: on how much you (PL) have it not done to one of the these smallest, have you (PL) it also not done to Me! 46and the these will going away to eternal punishment; the righteous however—to the eternal life.
