Connecting With God Through Prayer

Your time in His time…

All at once, my producer no longer had access to his own Facebook page, and since it was a business page, it was very annoying.

We both tried like crazy to find a solution. I even posted on Instagram, asking my friends if anyone knew anything about it. We also tried to find anyone who could help us on Facebook, etc.

We spent hours trying to fix the problem until a friend texted me, "All we can do is pray." Oops. Where had I left my head? In all those hours, I hadn't prayed even once. Me, who constantly talks about the power of prayer. Embarrassing.

Unfortunately, that can happen to all of us, even after the most intense quiet time in the morning. Somehow we don't make a connection between our time with God and our lives as they carry on afterward.

God is always there, not just when we are consciously spending time with Him. Do you understand what I mean?

Your entire lifetime, even eternity, is not your time. It is your time WITHIN HIS time!

That's an incredible thought, isn't it? Take a deep breath. Feel that. Feel the life He has given you. It's not your time that's running out. Time belongs to Him, and His time is not running out. His time is eternity.

You are connected to Him at every moment, protected by Him, and allowed to ask Him for help all the time. The important thing is that you pray:

"I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me. He shall send from heaven and save me…God shall send forth His mercy and His truth." (Psalm 57:2-3, NKJV)

God has all the time in the world. He also has all the solutions. Therefore, you don't have to look to the world for a solution…you can go directly to Him.

You are a miracle!
