Truth Or TrashSample
I am Loved!
Truth or Trash? I should be nice to people who are mean to me.
See It -
Act out three different situations. First: two friends who act nice to each other. Second: two friends who act mean to each other. Final: one friend is hurtful, but the other is nice even when the other friend is mean.

Truth or Trash? I should be nice to people who are mean to me.
Truth! It's easy to be nice to nice people. It's easy to be mean to people who are mean to you. It is hard to be nice when someone takes something from you, rejects you, or is mean to you. God calls us to even love our enemies! You should be equally kind to everyone regardless of how they treat you because Jesus calls you to. Is it possible to love mean people? Yes. We can because God will love through us.
Discuss It -
Who have you had a hard time loving? Why?
Name three ways you can love people who hurt you.
