Know Jesus, Make Him Known

DAY 1 OF 5

Life is Full, But So is God’s Invitation

“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”
John 17:20-21 NIV

Life can feel like a non-stop cycle of work, tasks, and distractions. How could we possibly fit sharing Jesus into such a busy schedule? The good news is that Jesus’ call to “go” isn’t about adding more tasks to your life. It’s about seeing your current interactions with the people already in your world, as opportunities to partner with Him, and join in on what He’s already doing.

In John 17, Jesus prayed for His followers to experience unity with Him and the Father. An intimacy that would impact all areas of our lives and choices. Jesus goes on in His prayer to share that this unity is the key to others coming to know God. When we deeply connect with Jesus, it not only transforms us, but also reflects His love and truth to the world around us. By intentionally cultivating your relationship with Him, you’ll find that sharing Him with others becomes a natural overflow of His work in your life.

How can you begin to see your daily interactions as opportunities to share Jesus?

Pray:

Jesus, help me to recognize the moments in my daily life where I can reflect Your love. Teach me to live each moment with purpose and faithfulness to Your call. Amen.
