Some days, it feels like the world’s just falling apart.

You turn on the news, scroll through social media, and it’s nothing but bad news.

Ever find yourself wondering, “Where’s the hope in all of this?”

Yep, me too.

I mean, if scrolling Instagram counted as cardio, we’d all be in great shape by now.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed when it feels like the world’s spinning out of control.

And when that happens, we need something solid to hold onto — something that doesn’t change with the chaos.

That’s exactly what inspired my new song, “Good News.”

No matter how crazy life gets, here’s what stays true: God is good, and He sent His Son for us.

Jesus came to give us hope, to roll away the stone, and to bring a life that nothing and no one can take away.

One of my favorite lines in “Good News” says:

“Whenever hope gets hard to find, you can stand upon the solid gospel truth.”

When everything around us feels shaky, we have the good news of the gospel to stand on.

And that’s what gives me hope, even on the toughest days. God’s love for us never wavers.

His promises stand firm, no matter what life throws at us.

My challenge for you?

The next time life feels heavy — when you’re stressed, worn out, or struggling to find hope — take a moment to remember the good news of the gospel.

It’s not just a story.

It's the truth that can change your heart, even when the world feels upside down.

So take a deep breath, hold onto that truth, and know that God’s with you.
