We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample
Day 80 of 365
In Numbers 28, God gives instructions for offerings, underscoring the importance of faithful worship in daily life. These offerings were not simply rituals but acts of devotion that kept Israel centered on God’s presence and goodness. The Holy Spirit teaches us that worship is not confined to specific acts; it’s a lifestyle, an ongoing response to God’s love. When our hearts are surrendered, every moment can become an offering, a way of honoring God in both word and deed.
In Luke 1, Mary receives the news that she will bear the Son of God. Her response, “Let it be to me according to Your word,” is one of ultimate surrender and worship. The Spirit leads us to this same posture, teaching us to embrace God’s plans with humility and trust.
Today, invite the Spirit to cultivate a heart of faithful worship within you. Ask Him to transform every part of your life into an offering, surrendered to God’s will and filled with gratitude for His unwavering love.
