Corporate Worship

One way to create an atmosphere of worship is by worshipping with others. As we see in Matthew 18, when we gather with two or more, Jesus says He is “there” among us. This is why most contemporary Christian worship experiences will begin with corporate worship. Something powerful happens when a crowd of people get together and worship God. He shows up!

While we know God is with us when we worship at church, we don’t have to be in the church building or with hundreds of people to connect with God. We can connect with God on our own, but we can also connect with God in groups.

If you desire to be in the presence of God, grab two or three friends and begin to worship. God will show up!

Action Step: Schedule some time this week to participate in corporate worship. This can be attending a Sunday worship experience, a small group, or some other form of corporate worship that glorifies Jesus.
