A Year in Luke/ActsNäide

As the pattern goes, things that become too familiar start to lose their meaning. If you have grown up in church or around this story of Paul, then this incredible story may have lost some of its shine and been accidentally categorized with other tales such as Santa Claus and the like. I urge you to not let that happen. Paul was a real person like you and me. This insane story of being imprisoned and traveling on a ship that faces severe storms and is then shipwrecked would be impressive nowadays even with all our technological advancements. Now put yourself in their shoes: no radio, no phones, only the stars to guide you which would become obsolete during a storm. And yet, every single person lives!
