Jesus, your Eternal Hope – A future as certain as today.

I have always found it hard to hope in other people because I have seen many people fail to keep their promises. It was even harder to grasp the thought that Jesus offers an eternally secure hope (it’s actually a 100% assurance) in God that reaches and anchors itself in eternity and in God Himself!

So this is what happened: One day, as I read the Word, the Spirit of God brought Jeremiah 29:11 to life and said, “My plans for you are eternal. Trust me, and you can hold the future as if it’s as certain as today.” The Spirit made it clear that the evidence I needed to believe in was the Word of God. I can rely entirely on the Words and promises God has made. His Word is all the evidence and hope that I need.
