What God Sees in You

DAY 1 OF 4

I Give You Glimpses of What I See in You

“Keep your heart close to mine now. I am right here. You don’t need to guard it. Keep it wide open. That is how you receive more of what I have to say and more of what I have to show you."

"Sometimes my being with you—even more than my talking to you—is what you need most. I love to sit here with you. And I love to either take your hand or reach my arm around your shoulder and show you all the possibilities ahead: All the things I want us to do together; all the places I want to take you; all the adventures we get to do."

"I know what you love. I know what you enjoy. I know the truest things about you—things you know about yourself and also things you haven’t discovered yet. But I give you glimpses—this moment, and yesterday, and last week. I am always giving you glimpses of what I see in you. And I have much more to uncover and show you, too."

"Are you excited? Do you believe that I see good in you? Do you believe I love to be with you? Do you believe I have always loved you? Do you believe I love you exactly as you are?"

"Your answers will open up for you new adventures with me. Do not fear."

"A part of you has always known me. This is the part I speak to. This is the place in you that I want to expand, bring forward, and offer more life. We are connected. And I want you to see it. I want you to see the hope that awaits you, the abundance of grace I have for you, and the deepening of faith as you practice remembering what you have always known: I am yours, and you are mine. Don't hold your breath like you are afraid of what is ahead. Breathe deeply of possibility. Yes, here we go.”

About this Plan

What God Sees in You

What does being with God look like for you right now? If your heart feels distant or you find yourself wondering if he really wants to be in relationship with you, this 4 day plan will remind you of what is true: God is a refuge, for all people, at all times. Let's turn our heart back to him and see what he has to show us.
