Precious Moments That Count For Eternity

DAY 31 OF 366

Salvation - A Way of Life

A Christian worker has to learn how to be God’s man or woman of great worth and excellence in the midst of a multitude of simple and worthless things. Never protest by saying, “If only I were somewhere else.”
We are coming to the end of the age. It is time for great victories and intense combat. A time when God is placing His armies in position to face not only the enemy’s onslaught, but also go into the enemy’s camp and save souls. All of God’s people are ordinary people who have been made extraordinary by the purpose He has given them. Unless we have the right purpose intellectually in our mind and love in our hearts, we will very quickly divert from being useful to God, like King Saul. We are all not workers by choice for God. Many people deliberately choose to be workers but they have no idea of God’s purpose. Paul’s whole heart and mind was consumed by what Jesus Christ came to do and who He was. He never lost sight of that vision. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2).
We are not mere workers, but co-workers with Jesus Christ, in order to reap the great harvest of souls. God wants us to be His man or woman in this world. Once God has placed His call upon you, do not look back or sideways (Deuteronomy 28:14), always stay focused on Him so He can freely work through you.

Prayer
Lord, help me to be true and faithful. A servant ready to do Your will, so that You can work in and through my life, touching people and saving them to bring glory to Your name. Amen.

About this Plan

Precious Moments That Count For Eternity

It is our prayer that it will reveal to those who don’t know Jesus Christ, that there is a Creator and Maker of this universe, the only loving and powerful God who longs for a personal relationship with every human being. We pray that these daily readings will remind us all of the great hope and abundant joy in knowing Jesus Christ, through whom we have eternal life!
