30DaysOfBibleLettering - Round 3Sample
“Send me”
There is a difference between “go” and “send me.” “Go” is said by God and “send me” is said by you. It is a willingness to serve and go wherever God sends you. I personally think that we don’t have to wait until we feel ready to ask God to send us.
The moment we understand the adventure it is to live a life with God can be the moment to tell him “send me.” God himself will prepare you with everything you need. Sometimes you already have what you need, but God can use it in a different way. Like how it was with Moses.
God asked him: “What is in your hand?” All Moses had was his staff. With this staff God showed Moses his power. God said “Go,” but Moses wasn’t ready to say “send me.” Moses was ready in God’s eyes but not in his own. That’s how it often is in our life. We think we are not ready but God knows and provides.
Lettering text: Here I am! Send me
