Victorious Christian LivingSample
From Busy to Important
Lord, we are so guilty of getting caught up in the busyness of life and losing focus on what really matters. We are so busy doing life and keeping up with all its demands, that we don’t make time for you. In our busyness, we don’t prioritize quality time with you, Lord. We don’t make time to seek you in your word and know your heart or share our concerns humbly with you in prayer. Forgive us, we pray.
Help us, Lord, in this new year to prioritize our time with you each day, to meditate on your word, and to spend much time in prayer. Help us, Lord, like Mary, to choose to spend much time at your feet. May you increasingly become the focus of all our adoration and worship. Help us to love you and your word. Give us sensitive hearts that are eager to hear, understand, and apply your word in our lives each day, we pray.
Luke 10:39 – And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word.
Psalm 63:1 – O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water.
Ponder this: Is what I am doing important in God’s economy?

About this Plan
Do you desire to live victoriously as a Christian, but find you fail time and time again? When we choose to walk with God and seek Him in all we do, we are slated for victory. The more we depend on God, the more other areas of our lives get straightened up. Seek Him through this fourteen-day prayer from Find Rest My Soul by Preethi Alice Jacob
