Jesus, I declare Your word over my life right now as I am struggling to sleep because of the traumas I have endured. I pray when I lie down, I will not be afraid; when I lie down, my sleep shall be sweet! I declare this right now, over my mind, over my sleep, and over my life! Lord, thank you. You have not given me this spirit of fear but of power, and a sound mind. Thank you, Father, for delivering me from and against nightmares and for the ability to sleep and rest.
