Fervent: Fight Fear With Faith Näide

When God promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us, that includes even death. Even in death, He will not leave us, but rather bring us to life by breathing upon us. We usually associate that with eternity but it is applicable even here on earth. Essentially that means every hopeless situation we are facing, every broken relationship we are struggling with, every fear-inducing circumstance before us, even things that may seem beyond hope or restoration are NOT beyond our God’s care. He can still breathe life into them. He does still breathe life into dry bones and promises to raise a mighty, living army of His followers. So let us take heart today. If we may be facing persecution or fears, if our hope seems dead, and life not worth the struggle, remember that God can do the impossible. He can breathe life and bring us to our feet! So let us take our stand with His spirit in us and His breath in our lungs.

• A fearlessness that trusts God’s ways, even when things seem beyond hope.

• The Church to rise up and stand for Christ.

• God to breathe life into “dead” situations, people, and circumstances.
