We tend to appease one area of our lives: behavior. But in fact, when even just one area suffers, the whole person suffers. A whole, healthy person has five basic needs and is responsible for meeting these needs.
We will look at these 5 areas together over the next several days. The first basic need we have is physical. Physical needs include eating well, exercise, hobbies, adequate sleep, self-care, grooming and more. Physical needs keep us healthy and allow us to present our best selves to others and to God.
