Confidence in Being Chosen

Have you ever had these questions run through your mind: “Am I saved? How do I actually know that Jesus has saved me? If I mess up enough, can I lose my salvation?” These are questions that every Christian struggles with at some point in their walk with Jesus. And that’s okay. But here’s the amazing truth and promise that we find in Romans 8:38. NOTHING can separate you from the love that God has for you. Nothing in this world. Not our worries, our fears, or even death.

That’s true love. That’s how strong God’s love is for you. When He chooses you and when you respond to that, this promise is guaranteed. Nothing can ever separate you from God’s love. So here’s what that means for you. You will mess up. You will make mistakes. You will have days where you don’t think God could love you anymore, but God’s love is always bigger, better, and stronger than sin. So you don’t have to constantly be worried about your salvation. How can you be confident in God’s love for you?
