2 SamuelSample
Questions to consider:
1. What does this passage teach you about God?
2. What does this teach you about humanity and the world?
3. In verses 3 and 4, what ways does David describe the Lord? Why do you think David would use these things to describe the Lord?
4. This chapter is a psalm of David praising God for delivering him from his enemies. Think back on a time God has provided for you and brought you out of a situation that was difficult. Take time to praise him for delivering you from that situation.
Let’s pray:
Father, thank you for always providing what I need and being there when times are difficult. God, help me to remember the ways that you delivered me from difficult situations, and if I am ever in a difficult situation, help me to put my hope in knowing that you are with me always.
