Jesus tells a story about a farmer to show that there are different results from hearing about the Kingdom of Heaven.

Question 1: How do life’s worries, life’s riches, and life’s pleasure keep people from accepting the Word of God?

Question 2: What can you do to make sure you are “good soil?"

Question 3: Since the seed is the Word of God and the soils represent the hearts and minds of people, what does this parable indicate is the responsibility of the church?
