All the Way to the End

Trudy Harris, RN, was a hospice nurse for many years who served terminally ill and dying patients every day. Her stories, conversations, and experiences with people from all walks of life can testify to the reality of God’s presence at the moments when life on earth has ended. In her book, Glimpses of Heaven - True Stories of Hope and Peace at the End of Life’s Journey, Mrs. Harris shares the most important thing she has learned over her thirty-two years of caring for friends, family members, and patients, “My answer, without hesitation, now and has always been, is that God simply loves each and every person He has ever created, warts and all. It is His wish that not one be lost. The extent to which He will go to make this happen is awesome to see and to touch and feel. It is palpable in all the experiences God allows His children to have as He is preparing to take them home to Himself.” Jesus made it possible on the cross.
