God Knows What You Have Need Of.
“Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” Matthew 6:8 KJV
God knows what you have need of before you ask. He knows your “ask” before it leaves your lips. He knows your “ask” before it even forms into your mind. Surrender your heart to Christ — He knows all things.
If God knows all things, and He does, so then — why ask Him? Asking, is a form of humility. When you pray and ask God for something it’s a sign of submission, honor, and humility. A heart that is surrendered to God — yields to His Command. Choose to yield to His Command. Choose to obey His Voice. Choose to obey His Word.
Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV declares, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Choose to trust in the Lord with all of your heart. Healing is in His Hands. Restoration is under His Authority. Breakthrough comes at the sound of His Voice.
He is a Good Father — and He knows what you have need of before you ask. He knows what you have need of before the words form in your mouth. Choose to pursue God. Choose to submit to Him. Choose to bow to His Way of doing things. Choose to yield to His Command and let God heal you from the inside out.
Proverbs 3:7-8 KJV declares, “Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.” Be not wise in your own eyes. Proverbs 3:7-8 NLT declares, “Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones.”
