Is Jesus Really God?Muestra
The Proof That Jesus Is The Son Of God
I remember visiting my Aunt Daisy and Aunt Clara when I was a child. These sisters lived together in Buffalo, Missouri, and must have been the reason Missouri is called the "Show-Me State." More hardened skeptics the world has never seen.
Aunt Daisy and Aunt Clara were certain that the government was not to be trusted, that television news was fabricated, and that newspapers were fiction. If they didn't see it, they didn't believe it.
They were especially dubious about televised reports that men had landed on the moon. They told all who would listen that NASA had staged the whole thing on some sand dunes in Arizona and had kept the money. I remember asking them about the moon rocks I'd seen in a museum.
"How do you know they're really from the moon?" they countered.
It's a good question.
My aunts grew up in a day when space flights were the stuff of comic-book fantasy. Everyone knew that it was impossible to go into space. So, there was absolutely no evidence on television or in the papers that could convince my aunts that men had actually walked on the moon. I suppose the only way they could have been persuaded would have been to fly them to the moon. If any eighty-year-old women could have made the trip, it would have been my Aunt Daisy and Aunt Clara.
That's how it is with faith in Jesus.
What Belief Requires
No reporters, biblical or contemporary, can prove his divinity beyond any doubt.
But when your physical life comes to its end, you will be absolutely, 100 percent certain about the divinity of Jesus Christ.
Before that time comes, you'll have to take it on faith.
To believe in his divinity is a faith commitment. Not to believe in his divinity is a faith commitment. I am convinced that the evidence strongly endorses the former.
And I can tell you that my personal relationship with Jesus Christ proves to me that he is risen and alive. But the only way you can be sure is to meet him for yourself.
The Son of God would like nothing better.

Acerca de este Plan
An increasingly popular claim by skeptics is that Jesus of Nazareth never existed, or, if he did, he was not God. Why should you believe that Jesus is God? No other religion does. What makes Christians right and everyone else wrong? If we're wrong about Jesus, we're wrong about the belief that is most central to our faith. So, how can we defend the existence and deity of Jesus today?
