This is a powerful passage and Jesus doesn’t pull any punches when He tells us that just because we read the Bible it doesn’t mean we know the Savior. We need to make sure that when we are studying our Bibles it is not for show, or as a means of pride but that in all of our studying we are looking for Jesus. What can we learn about Him and how can we become like Him? These are some of the questions we must ask in order to grow and be changed into the image of our Savior.
