“He who tills his land shall have plenty of bread, but he who chases fantasies is void of understanding.” (Pro 12:11)
There is always something enticing about the latest idea, the new venture that is still shiny in its new box. We can spend a lot of time on the new when the slightly old has lost its shine.
There is enough entrepreneur in each of us to see many possibilities, but often we need to land the ones we have, before taking on more. It can be very frustrating for teams when the focus and agreed direction is lost in the excitement of a leader’s new idea.

Quick Prayer: Keep me focused on the task at hand please, Holy Spirit. Amen.
