Believers in the Lord Jesus is likened to an athlete. The question has been, did we strive to be the best, to be first in doing what He commanded us to do, “go into all the world”, be His witnesses?”
When the goal is to become like our Lord, our running gets faster as we wait for His return!

Hope is related to waiting and expecting for something. But we all have the “want -it -now” attitude like that of our kids. Isaiah 40:31 says, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.”
