Baby Boomers
There are over seventy million of us born between 1946 and 1964. We are called Baby Boomers. No group in American history has ever been so studied and analyzed. And, because we consume over fifty-one percent of all products, no company can overlook us. What a humble bunch we are!
Leith Anderson writes, "Boomers operate differently and expect to be treated differently. Those who are Baby Boomers instinctively understand this."
What are some of the character traits of boomers?
--Quality. They shop for it. They'll drive to it.
--Choices. They prefer shopping malls, superstores, and 500 channels on the TV.
--Time. They will spend money on DSL, cell phones, and email, whatever it takes to save time.
--Low on commitment and loyalty. Their attitudes about marriages, jobs, and churches reflect this.
--Selfishness. They tend to be on a constant quest for self-fulfillment.
Boomers, as you hit mid-life with a vengeance, remember...God knows you best. Look to Him to find the ultimate quality relationship, to learn how to make the most of your time, to learn commitment, to discover Godly values, and to find the key to lasting fulfillment.
